Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and these European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. If your destination is not available, contact support@mondorobotics.com before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for orders of US$99 or more. A US$10 standard shipping fee applies to orders below US$99.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For pre-order items, the shipping or delivery timing stated on the relevant product page applies.

Delivery Time

After handover to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes 1–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. This estimate excludes order processing time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email it to the address provided with your order after your order ships.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact support@mondorobotics.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once your order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
