Your unique 16-digit Serial Number (SN) can be found directly on your Beni and your Mondo App.
Method 1Battery Compartment Label
Detach your battery and the label can be found inside the battery compartment.
The SN can be found on the label. You can apply your phone to scan the code to receive the SN.
METHOD 2Mondo APP
Step 1: Open the Mondo App, connect your Beni and tap the Settings button on the upper right corner.
Step 2: Select the Robot Setting button
Step 3: You can now see your digital serial number.
