- Max Speed: Tested in a controlled outdoor environment on flat, dry asphalt with fully charged standard batteries. Actual speed may vary depending on terrain, surface friction, battery level, payload, and ambient temperature.
- Obstacle Clearance & Jumping: Maximum jump height of 10 inches (25.4 cm) was achieved in controlled laboratory testing over standardized vertical obstacles. Clearance capability depends on approach angle, vehicle speed, surface traction, obstacle shape, and battery level. Do not attempt jumps over hazardous, brittle, or sharp obstacles.
- Battery Life: 1.5 hours per battery was measured under continuous auto-follow recording at 1080p/30fps in a controlled environment with HybridFlow stabilization enabled and normal room temperature (25°C / 77°F). Actual battery life may vary depending on shooting resolution, frame rate, ambient temperature, frequent acceleration/jumping, and terrain resistance.
- Obstacle Avoidance & Self-Recovery: The Smart Path obstacle avoidance system relies on optical and spatial sensors. Avoidance performance may be degraded or fail in low-light conditions, transparent surfaces (such as glass), highly reflective environments, thin wires/cables, or rapid dynamic changes. The Self-Recovery system is designed for flat or mildly inclined surfaces; manual recovery may be required if the device is wedged, submerged, or trapped in deep ruts.
- Subject Tracking: Auto-follow is optimized for humans and domestic dogs under sufficient lighting conditions. Tracking accuracy may be affected by extreme crowds, rapid occlusion, low light, or visually similar moving objects. Always maintain line of sight and exercise caution when operating near traffic, cliffs, water bodies, or stairs.
- Terrain & Wheels: "Multi-terrain" capability applies to typical packed dirt, short grass, gravel, and flat paved surfaces using the appropriate wheel sets (Off-road Wheels recommended for unpaved surfaces). Avoid driving Beni into deep mud, loose sand, deep snow, or standing water.
- Water Resistance: Beni is not waterproof. Do not submerge the device, operate it in heavy rain or snow, or expose it to water spray. Water damage is considered misuse and is not covered under the 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Storage & Privacy: Internal storage available to users is less than 32GB due to system files, firmware, and formatting overhead. MicroSD card sold separately. On-device tracking processing does not transmit biometric data to cloud servers without user authorization.
- Shipping & Certification: Delivery timelines (estimated November 2026) are subject to regional customs clearance and certification processes. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping destination and carrier operations.
