Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, China, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Delivery estimates

Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of order processing, destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order after the order has shipped.

Address changes

If you need to change the shipping address, contact support@mondorobotics.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Supported destinations

We currently ship only to the destinations listed above. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact support@mondorobotics.com before placing an order.

Returns must follow our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send returns to our office or any other address without prior authorization and a designated return address from our support team.
